The bar offered a selection of Canadian beverages including Malivoire Ladybug 2008 Rose, Angel's Gate 2008 Reserve Riesling, Chateau de Charmes 2006 Gamay Noir, Steam Whistle beer, Mill St. Organic Lager and Mill St. Stock Ale. Boreal Forest strawberry shortcake with a bannock shortcake was served for dessert.

A Silent Auction of a selection of artisanal and food items concluded the evening.
